Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Finance

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 11th June 2003, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 623/2001) by inserting, immediately below the word “e-Government.” under the heading “Subjects”, the words “Free Trade Zones.”.

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment) Notification 2003.
