(Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49(1) of the Early Childhood Development Centres Act 2017, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Early Childhood Development Centres (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 June 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Early Childhood Development Centres (Exemption) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 892/2018), in the Schedule —

(a)

after item 2, insert —

“2A. Ganenu”; and

(b)

delete item 8.
