Casino Control (Designated Second Site) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Casino Control Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Casino Control (Designated Second Site) Order 2009.
Designated site
2.  All those parcels of land along the northern coast of Sentosa, bounded by Sentosa Gateway, Artillery Avenue and Siloso Road at Sentosa, as shown delineated and marked on the Land Parcel Plan in the Schedule, comprising —
(a)Plot AD;
(b)the reclaimed land, foreshore and sea-bed in Plot B and Plot C; and
(c)a stratum of air space over Plot B and Plot C facing the Cruise Bay,
shall be designated the Sentosa site on which a casino may be located for a period of 30 years commencing on 1st March 2007.
