Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 28th June 1996.

2. The Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order is amended by deleting item (52).
