Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 11th June 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 2 in the Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (Consolidation) Notification (N 6) is deleted.
