(Amendment) Act (Commencement)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2011, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011.
2.  The Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2011 shall come into operation on 1st September 2011.
