| Free Trade Zones (Manufacture) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Manufacture) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 11th June 2003. |
| Amendment of regulation 2 |
| 2. Regulation 2 of the Free Trade Zones (Manufacture) Regulations (Rg 2) (referred to in these Regulations as the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting the words “The Deputy Director-General of Customs and Excise and all Senior Directors and Directors of Customs and Excise” and substituting the words “All Deputy Directors-General of Customs and Assistant Directors-General of Customs”. |
| Amendment of regulation 3 |
| 3. Regulation 3 of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “An application”, the words “for the approval of the Minister under section 10 of the Act”. |
| Deletion of regulation 6 |
| 4. Regulation 6 of the principal Regulations is deleted. |
| Deletion of regulation 13 |
| 5. Regulation 13 of the principal Regulations is deleted. |
