(Amendment No. 4)
Order 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 July 2016.
Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule
2.  Item 1 of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended by deleting item (49) in the second column.
Amendment of Part 2 of Schedule
3.  Part 2 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 is amended by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following items:

3.Agency for Integrated Care Medifund Committee
Pearl’s Hill Care Home
All classes of patients whose invoices for treatment from the approved institution are dated 30 June 2016 or earlier.
4.Vanguard Healthcare Medifund Committee
Pearl’s Hill Care Home
All classes of patients whose invoices for treatment from the approved institution are dated 1 July 2016 or later.
