(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Infectious Diseases (Amendment) Act 2024, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Infectious Diseases (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Infectious Diseases (Amendment) Act 2024 comes into operation on 9 April 2024.
