| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act (Commencement) Notification 2009. |
| 2. The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009 shall, with the exception of sections 86 and 87, come into operation on 1st July 2009. |
