Immigration Act

Immigration Depot
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to the definition of “immigration depot” in section 2 of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration has designated Woodlands Checkpoint, 21, Woodlands Crossing, Singapore 738203 to be an Immigration Depot for the examination, inspection and detention of persons under the Act, with effect from 1st July 2000.
2.  Items (3) and (22) of the Immigration Depots (Consolidation) Notification (N 5) are deleted, with effect from 1st July 2000.
