Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) (Amendment) Notification 2003

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Trade and Industry

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st April 2003, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 630/2001) by inserting, immediately below the words “Shipping and Freight Policies.” under the sub-heading “Trade:”, the following words:

“Regulation of Import and Export of Goods.

Control of Strategic Goods.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) (Amendment) Notification 2003.
