(Commencement) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2016, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.

2. The Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2016, except sections 2(a), 3(a), 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 15, 16 and 17(1), (2) and (3), comes into operation on 30 June 2016.
