Building Control Act
(Chapter 29)
Building Control (Exemption) (Revocation) Order 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Order:
1.  This Order may be cited as the Building Control (Exemption) (Revocation) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 15th July 1996.
2.  The following Orders are revoked:
(a)the Building Control (Exemption) Order 1975;

[S 145/75]
(b)the Building Control (Exemption) Order 1983;
[G.N. No.]
[S 239/83]
(c)the Building Control (Exemption) Order 1984; and
[G.N. No.]
[S 329/84]
(d)the Building Control (Exemption) Order.

Made this 29th day of June 1996.
