Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 8) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 8) Order 2000.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended —

(a)	by deleting paragraph (b) of item (62) relating to Allied Irish Banks Ltd.; and
(b)	by deleting paragraph (a) of item (157) relating to Allied Irish Merchant Bank (Singapore) Ltd.,

with effect from 1st April 2000.
