Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2003.

Exemption

2. Section 3 of the Act shall not apply in respect of dangerous fireworks used in a fireworks display executed by Explomo Technical Services Pte Ltd (referred to in this Notification as the exempted person) for or on behalf of any person at —

(a)	the National Day Parade 2003 Sample Firing Test on the place, date and time specified in Part I of the First Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof;
(b)	the Singapore National Day Parade 2003 Celebrations on the place, date and time specified in Part I of the Second Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof;
(c)	the Singapore National Day Parade 2003 Celebrations on the place, date and time specified in Part I of the Third Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof; and
(d)	the Singapore National Day Parade 2003 Celebrations on the place, date and time specified in Part I of the Fourth Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof.
