(Miscellaneous Amendments)
Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Notification 2018 and is deemed to have come into operation on 2 May 2018.
Amendment of Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 15) Notification 2018
2.  Paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 15) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 160/2018) is amended by deleting the words “Casino Royale BarTM” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the words “Royale BarTM”.
Amendment of Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 18) Notification 2018
3.  The Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 18) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 207/2018) is amended by deleting the words “Casino Royale BarTM” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “Royale BarTM”:
Paragraph 2(1)(c) and paragraph 6(b) of the Schedule.
Amendment of Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 19) Notification 2018
4.  The Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 19) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 208/2018) is amended by deleting the words “Casino Royale BarTM” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “Royale BarTM”:
Paragraph 2(1)(b) and paragraph 6(b) of the Schedule.
