Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 20th June 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part IV of the Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order 2000 (G.N. No. S 441/2000) is amended —

(a)

by deleting sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (1) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:

“(c)	$110 per month at designated covered lots.
(d)	$80 per month at designated surface lots.”; and

(b)

by deleting sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (2) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:

“(c)	$17 per month at designated covered lots.
(d)	$15 per month at designated surface lots.”.
