Competition (Amendment) Act 2007

Competition (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Competition (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Competition (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.—(1)  The Competition (Amendment) Act 2007 shall, with the exception of sections 8 (1) and 24(1), come into operation on 1st July 2007.
(2)  Sections 8 (1) and 24(1) shall come into operation on 30th June 2007.
