Serious Crimes (Cross Border Movements of
Physical Currency and Bearer Negotiable
Instruments) (Amendment) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 48C(6), 48E(6) and 64 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Cross Border Movements of Physical Currency and Bearer Negotiable Instruments) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 July 2016.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2(1) of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Cross Border Movements of Physical Currency and Bearer Negotiable Instruments) Regulations 2007 (G.N. No. S 595/2007) is amended by deleting the words “http://www.spf.gov.sg or http://www.cad.gov.sg” in the definitions of “Form NP 727” and “Form NP 728” and substituting in each case “http://www.police.gov.sg”.
