(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(8) of the Income Tax (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Income Tax (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Section 61(4), (5), (9), (10), (13), (14), (15), (16), (17), (18), (21), (23), (25), (26), (27), (28), (29), (32), (33) and (35) of the Income Tax (Amendment) Act 2020 comes into operation on 12 April 2024.
