Housing and Development (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2000, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2000.
2.  The Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2000 shall come into operation on 1st July 2000.
