Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 15) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 15) Order 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 20th May 2002.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Hanvit Bank” in item (29) and substituting the words “Woori Bank”.
