Poisons (Amendment) Rules 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2005.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Poisons Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting the item “Acetyl chloride”.
