It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1) of the Developmental Investment Fund Act, the Minister for Finance has directed —
(a)
that an account within the Developmental Investment Fund, called the Cluster Development Fund 1 Account, be established on 8th May 2001, comprising moneys in the Fund allocated in support of promising new enterprises and regionalisation of local industries; and
(b)
that the Cluster Development Fund 1 Account be placed under the control, supervision and management of the Minister for Trade and Industry.
