(Chapter 82)
Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 7 in the Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (3) and substituting the following paragraph:
“
(3) For a new or replacement re-entry permit for a year or part thereof
 
$10
”.
