Land Titles (Amendment) Rules 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 170 of the Land Titles Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Titles (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 31st January 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Land Titles Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting item 1.
