Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1997 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd June 1997.
Amendment of Consolidation Order
2.  The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “First National Bank of Boston” and substituting the words “BankBoston, National Association”.
