Income Tax Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(3) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3) Order 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st July 1996.

2. Paragraph A of the First Schedule to the Income Tax Act is amended by inserting, immediately below item 35, the following item:

Act 22 of 1996.

”.
