Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 30th June 1997.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3(2) of the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order 1997 (G.N. No. S 274/97) is amended by deleting the words “4th Storey, Tower A, HDB Centre, Jalan Bukit Merah” and substituting the words “Block 187, Toa Payoh Lorong 6, #02-348, Singapore 310187”.
