| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 9) Order 2000. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting item (53) relating to Banque Internationale A Luxembourg BIL (Asia) Ltd. and substituting the words “Dexia BIL Asia Singapore Limited”, with effect from 26th May 2000.
