Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2006

Responsibility of Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Goh Chok Tong shall, with effect from 30th May 2006, be charged with the responsibility for the following matters:

(a)	to advise Ministers on any of the subjects under their charge; and
(b)	the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule,

and that he shall be designated as Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2006.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 528/2004) is cancelled.
