Customs (Duties)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2019 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4(5) of the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraphs (i), (ii) and (iii) of sub‑paragraph (r) and substituting the following sub‑paragraphs:

“(i)

where the exporting country is Australia, New Zealand, or any country of ASEAN (except Indonesia), the first form set out in the Seventeenth Schedule;

(ii)

where the exporting country is Indonesia —

(A)	the second form set out in the Seventeenth Schedule, for a Certificate of Origin issued before 1 March 2019;
(B)	the first or second form set out in the Seventeenth Schedule, for a Certificate of Origin issued on or after 1 March 2019 but before 1 April 2019; or
(C)	the first form set out in the Seventeenth Schedule, for a Certificate of Origin issued on or after 1 April 2019;”.
