Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation)
(Amendment No. 16) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 16) Order 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 21st May 2002.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words "ING Barings South East Asia Ltd" in item (13) and substituting the words "ING Asia Private Bank Ltd".
