Environmental Protection and Management
(Registrable Goods) (Amendment)
Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40B of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, after consultation with the National Environment Agency, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Management (Registrable Goods) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Environmental Protection and Management (Registrable Goods) Order (O 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting paragraph 1 of Part II;
(b)	by deleting the definitions of “certificate of compliance”, “motor vehicle”, “test report” and “type-approval” in paragraph 3 of Part II; and
(c)	by deleting Part III.
