Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for National Development, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 18th May 2005.
Delegation of powers
2.  The Minister for National Development hereby deputes the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of National Development, to exercise the powers of the Minister under section 92(9) of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act 2004 (Act 47 of 2004).
