Designated Officers of Hospitals

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Human Organ Transplant Act, the Director of Medical Services has nominated the persons set out in the first column of the Schedule to be designated officers of the hospitals set out opposite thereto, for the purposes of the Act, with effect from 15th July 1999.

2. Notification No. S 286/98 of 15th May 1998 is cancelled.
