Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2000.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting paragraph (f).
