| Sale of Food (Fees) Regulations 2002 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Food (Fees) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2002. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof. |
