Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st February 1997.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The following provisions of the First Schedule to the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order (O 1) under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Item 5

Insert, immediately after paragraph (y), the following paragraph:

“(z)	The area off Woodlands Ring Road and delineated in Plan 634.”.

(b)

Item 19

Insert, immediately after paragraph (f), the following paragraph:

“(g)	The areas off Hougang Avenue 4 and Hougang Street 91 and delineated in Plan 635.”.

(c)

Insert, immediately after item 19, the following item:

“20.	Queensway Branch Office Parking Places. The areas off Stirling Road and delineated in Plan 636.”.

Item 17

Insert, immediately after paragraph (c), the following paragraphs:

“(d)	The areas off Shrewsbury Road and delineated in Plan 637.

(e)	The area off Jalan Bahagia and delineated in Plan 638.”.
