Penal Code (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Penal Code (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Penal Code (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Penal Code (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st February 2008.
