(Ministerial Responsibility)
(Amendment No. 3) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2024.
(2)  Paragraph 3(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 28 December 2021.
(3)  Paragraph 5 is deemed to have come into operation on 2 November 2022.
(4)  Paragraph 4 is deemed to have come into operation on 30 November 2022.
(5)  Paragraph 6 is deemed to have come into operation on 1 March 2023.
(6)  Paragraph 7 is deemed to have come into operation on 25 September 2023.
(7)  Paragraph 3(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 29 December 2023.
(8)  Paragraph 2 is deemed to have come into operation on 18 January 2024.
(9)  Paragraph 8 comes into operation on 1 February 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020) (called in this Notification the principal Notification), in the First Schedule —
(a)in item 7, in the second column, replace “Mr S Iswaran” with “Ms Grace Fu Hai Yien”;
(b)delete item 8;
(c)in item 9, in the second column, number the paragraph as paragraph 1;
(d)in item 9, in the second column, after paragraph 1, insert —
2.The following subjects in the Sixteenth Schedule to the extent the Prime Minister approves:
(a)Bilateral and Regional Trade Agreements
(b)Promoting Trade Relations”; and
(e)after item 19, insert —
19A.Mr Chee Hong Tat
 Minister for Transport
 Second Minister for Finance
Transport (Seventeenth Schedule)
”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  In the principal Notification, in the Second Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 6 —
(a)delete paragraph (1); and
(b)delete paragraph (3).
Amendment of Fourth Schedule
4.  In the principal Notification, in the Fourth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 2(5), delete sub‑paragraph (b).
Amendment of Tenth Schedule
5.  In the principal Notification, in the Tenth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 5, delete paragraph (27).
Amendment of Eleventh Schedule
6.  In the principal Notification, in the Eleventh Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 8(1), delete sub-paragraph (e).
Amendment of Fourteenth Schedule
7.  In the principal Notification, in the Fourteenth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 3, delete paragraph (2).
Amendment of Sixteenth Schedule
8.  In the principal Notification, in the Sixteenth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, after item 11, insert —
