Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2008 and shall come into operation on 18th June 2008.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the index series “SJA to SSZ;” in item 2 and substituting the index series “SJA to SMA, SMC to SSZ;”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the index mark ”SBS” in item 10, the index mark ”, SMB”. [G.N. Nos.
