CISCO (Dissolution) (Transfer Date) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the CISCO (Dissolution) Act 2005, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the CISCO (Dissolution) (Transfer Date) Notification 2005.

Transfer date

2. For the purposes of section 3 of the Act, the transfer date shall be 1st June 2005.
