Executive Condominium Housing Scheme
(Eligibility) (Amendment) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme (Eligibility) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and are deemed to have come into operation on 24 August 2015.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme (Eligibility) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting “$12,000” in paragraph (c) and substituting “$14,000”.
