Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act
(Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 23 May 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the item relating to “Chief Executive, Judiciary Administration and Operations of the Supreme Court” and “Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.” and substituting the following item:

Old Title or Name of Office

New Title or Name of Office

“Chief Executive, Judiciary Administration and Operations of the Supreme Court

Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice.”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately at the end thereof, the following item:

Old Title or Name of Office

New Title or Name of Office

“Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court

Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice.”.
