Central Provident Fund (Revised Minimum Sum Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Revised Minimum Sum Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2002.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. The Central Provident Fund (Revised Minimum Sum Scheme) Regulations (Rg 2) are amended by deleting the words “regulation 2(e), (n) to (r), (v) and (w)” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “regulation 3(e), (o) to (s), (w), (x) or (z)”:

Regulations 6(3)(a) (3rd line), 9(1)(a) (3rd line) and (2)(a) (3rd and 4th lines) and 10(1)(a) (3rd line).
