Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Statutory Bodies) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information and the Arts hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Statutory Bodies) Notification 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 27th May 1996.

2. Newspapers printed and published by the statutory bodies specified in the Schedule shall be exempted from section 14 of the Act.

3. The Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Statutory Bodies) Notification is cancelled.
