Chapter 1

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Health has ordered that for the period 15th July 1999 to 31st December 1999 in respect of Alexandra Hospital, the fees payable under the provisions of the Government Hospitals (Fees) Rules (Cap. 119, R 1) set out in the first column of the Schedule shall be reduced as specified in the second column thereof.

2.—(1) Notification No. S 646/98 in respect of the reduction of government hospital fees in Alexandra Hospital is cancelled with effect from 14th July 1999.

(2) Notification No. S 2/99 in respect of the reduction of government hospital fees is cancelled with effect from 14th July 1999.
