(Commencement) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Co‑operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. Sections 12, 13, 26 and 42 of the Co‑operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2018 come into operation on 22 April 2019.
